Legalization and Authentication of American Diploma and International School Certificates for Use in the Arab Republic of Egypt
توثيق واعتماد شهادات الدبلومة الأمريكية والشهادات الدولية لاستخدامها في جمهورية مصر العربية
Pursuant to the directives of the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research issued in July 2026, the Egyptian Office for Cultural and Educational Relations in Vienna provides legalization and authentication services for international secondary school certificates issued in Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia, where such certificates qualify their holders for admission to higher education in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
These certificates are authenticated for official use before the competent authorities in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Prior to submission to the Egyptian Office, the original certificate must be authenticated and legalized by the competent national authorities of the country of issue, with the final legalization issued by the respective Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The Egyptian Office for Cultural and Educational Relations in Vienna authenticates the original certificate for official use in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
A service fee of EUR 110 (equivalent to EGP 6,000 based on the exchange rate applied in July 2026) is charged for this service.
The Egyptian Office in Vienna is responsible for applications concerning certificates issued in Austria, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Slovenia.

استنادًا إلى توجيهات وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي الصادرة في شهر يوليو ٢٠٢٦، يتولى مكتب مصر للعلاقات الثقافية والتعليمية بفيينا تقديم خدمة توثيق واعتماد شهادات الدبلومة الامريكية والشهادات الدولية الصادرة من النمسا والمجر وجمهورية التشيك وسلوفاكيا وسلوفينيا، والتي تؤهل حامليها للالتحاق بمؤسسات التعليم العالي في جمهورية مصر العربية.
ويهدف هذا الإجراء إلى اعتماد الشهادات لاستخدامها رسميًا أمام الجهات المختصة في جمهورية مصر العربية.
ويشترط قبل تقديم الشهادة إلى المكتب أن تكون الشهادة الأصلية قد استوفت إجراءات التصديق والتوثيق لدى الجهات الوطنية المختصة في دولة الإصدار، على أن يكون آخر تصديق صادرًا عن وزارة الخارجية بتلك الدولة.
ويتولى مكتب مصر للعلاقات الثقافية والتعليمية بفيينا توثيق واعتماد أصل الشهادة لاستخدامها رسميًا داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.
وتبلغ رسوم الخدمة 110 يورو (بما يعادل 6000 جنيه مصري وفقًا لسعر الصرف المعمول به في شهر يوليو ٢٠٢٦(
ويختص المكتب باستقبال طلبات الشهادات الصادرة من النمسا والمجر وجمهورية التشيك وسلوفاكيا وسلوفينيا.
